Bianca Rachele Lace Maxi Skirt. Sheer with 2" elastic waistband and exposed silver zipper down back. Skirt is cut extra long but can be hemmed easily. Shorter in front with a slight train in back.

Great for layering over shorts, mini skirt, or tights/ leggings. Can be ordered in black or cream lace.
